Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Service must not be used
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
14 Day Cooling Off Period - E-Learning
If you do not use, any part of the product/service (e-Learning course) during the first 14 days after purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. This is your 14 day cooling-off period.
NVQ refunds are not applicable if the NVQ has been registered with the awarding body.
Payment terms for the NVQ are 50% deposit (due when the NVQ is started) and 50% is then due upon completion.
We regret that once the 50% deposit has been paid and the registration has taken place, a refund is not applicable.
If you decide not to complete the NVQ, the final 50% is not due.
Timing refers to 48 working hours inside/outside of the course start time.
Full cancellation outside of 48 working hours: Refund minus £50+VAT (admin fee)
Full cancellation inside of 48 working hours: Half refund
Transfer to another course outside of 48 working hours: No charge
Transfer to another course inside of 48 working hours:
SMSTS= £150 +VAT
SSSTS= £50 +VAT
Fail to Attend
To rebook onto another course: SMSTS= Full fee minus £75 +VAT (for course material)
SSSTS= Full fee minus £50 +VAT (for course material)
No refund for failing to attend due to personal error
Resit on a different day: £50 +VAT
