Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: Imperial Passions LLC 1058 N. Tamiami Trail, Suite 108 Sarasota FL. 34236. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Processing & Cancellation Policy

All orders are sent directly to the warehouse for processing once an order is placed. Once processed, it is sent directly to Imperial Passions LLC for fulfillment. Delivery time from processing to you is 10-15 business days. Due to Covid-19, some delays may take place as we cannot control the process of delivery. Once the order has been sent for processing, if the order is cancelled before it is shipped, shipping will not be refunded. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Cancellations may be accommodated if both of the below conditions are true:

1. Order is cancelled within 1 business day of order being placed.
2. Order has not yet been shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been packed or shipped.

We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product. See our Return Policy for more details. You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email.
